FMG are seeking a Service Desk Consultant to join our Palmerston North based Service Desk team for a six month fixed term. Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, you will be primarily focused on supporting and maintaining our reliable computing environment to meet our user’s needs.

In this pivotal role you will be required to provide technical support to users and maintain a high operational service level, with prompt response and a high level of customer service and support.
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability and knowledge to provide outstanding technical support, in a variety of areas. You must be able to see a job through to completion while maintaining strong attention to detail, effective time management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. You will have a passion for customer service and a desire to drive improvement within the team and the wider organisation.
