Payment Services is a pivotal function within FMG and requires effective management of all credit control processes. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the collection of insurance premiums. You’ll be responsible for contacting clients regarding their outstanding insurance premium and offering payment solutions, while continuing to provide excellent customer service internally and externally.

We’re looking for a team player who is customer focused and is a strong and effective communicator. Previous customer services and/or administration experience will be a definite advantage along with your ability to follow processes, meet deadlines, manage your own workload and a strong attention to detail. We will commit to providing you with on the job training and support to ensure you are successful in your role.
