Reporting to the Organisation Development Manager and based in our Wellington office, this role will be responsible for partnering with the business to work on exciting and key pieces of work for FMG – revitalising our leadership development framework, including developing and implementing an Emerging Leaders Programme, and the continuation of a review of our Competency Framework. You will provide insights, best practice and embed knowledge of organisational development into other initiatives to ensure we are making a difference to the future of FMG’s workforce. You will also lead our talent reviews and succession planning across the business.
We are looking for someone who is passionate and feels excited about continuing to build and develop key organisation wide capability and talent initiatives to help build a stronger FMG!
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 5 – 10 years’ experience in Organisation Development;
- Demonstrated success in reviewing, developing and implementing multiple OD frameworks, programmes & projects;
- Experience in leadership development and succession / talent management initiatives;
- Demonstrated experience in both influencing and building meaningful and strong relationships with key stakeholders;

This role is a parental leave cover contract and will be for approx..12 months.
