The FMG Assessor Digital role is a desk based role and can be located in our Christchurch, Palmerston North or Whangarei office.

Are you currently in the panel beating or heavy motor industry looking to trade in your tools for an office role? We are looking for two candidates, who will be responsible for managing digitally all aspects of FMG's motor vehicle claims. Both roles are to determine policy coverage, quantifying loss, assessing all damages, preparing repair specifications and managing the repair process.

You'll bring to this role an excellence in customer service, the ability to build and maintain professional relationships and have excellent written and oral communication skills. It is pivotal to this role that you possess strong attention to detail, are comfortable following best practice procedures and have the ability to work autonomously whilst contributing to the success of the wider team.
